Would it be possible to have a comment feature on individual torrents to give artists feedback?

Commenting on torrents is already possible, although only on a specific torrent / format, rather than the overall release / group page. Eg.  you can comment here: http://panda.cd/torrents/275-darwin/p__torrentid__568 but not: https://pandacd.io/release/275-darwin/ .

I am however considering changing this so comments on a single release are shared among all of the formats.
