There is no bug in the code here as far as I can tell. However, I do notice that you were trying a number of common exploits on the site. So I suspect what may have happened is you submitted that string as your title on the edit page using a Firefox extension or similar.

no ff add-on though.... ;0)

didn't get em off any site, was trying sum random shizz, seeing if u have any unprotected $_GETS.... #LULZ
