Deluge 1.3.2 is the latest stable version of deluge. Can it be whitelisted?

Others may use this thread to suggest other clients to be whitelisted as well.

Version 1.3.2 is now allowed.

qBittorrent versions 2.3.x, 2.4.x, 2.5.x, 2.6.x, and 2.7.x

I can understand disallowing this client prior to version 2.3.x (because of the spoofing "feature"), but more recent versions are wonderful.

qBittorrent versions 2.3.x - 2.8.x are now allowed, it does seem a pretty nice client.

hey could you add  utorrent 1.8.5 to the whitelist? every other tracker im on seems to be fine with it
