Can you tell me which client (and version number) you used to create the .torrent file?
Potentially an encoding issue. Also if you can share this file externally that would be helpful.

I've applied a fix and should be good now to try again. Was due to 0 length dictionary keys in v2 hybrid torrents after the move to libtorrent 2.0.x. Interesting that some clients have a similar issue: https://github.com/transmission/transmission/issues/1813#issuecomment-944463030
