How can I see which CC license applies to the music I am about to download? For example, if I look at the record for this album, where does it show the CC license the artist has chosen?

On releases that a Creative Commons licence has been selected it will be visible near the top of the page. eg: http://panda.cd/torrents/1-the-slip/



However, if there is no licence, that implies 'all rights reserved' but it is still freely available content / the artist has given permission to share.

The licence information is also embedded within the comment field of the .torrent, but perhaps I could add some extra text on the site to clarify this.
