The fifth Free! Music! Sampler was devided into two parts: The first CD is packed with mainstream music, the other goes deep underground. As always, this choice is pretty arbitrary and all bands are far away from being true "mainstream" artists. So the first CD starts with more easy listening before with "Insides, Outsides" by Shearer some real rock tune kick in. "Seed" by texasradiofish takes down the speed and - as usual - some silent songs finish the CD.

If you are more a friend of loud sounds, you should start listing with "Fern der Heimat" by Lichtscheu, the opener of CD 2. It is followed by some nice metal tunes before with "Prism" by David Rovics Singer/Songwriters enter the stage. The story continues with a little bit retro style before "Psychobelle" begins the electronic part. Some more pop songs and the expected chill out tune finish the CD.

You are highly recommended to give every song a chance - or pick only those fitting your personal preferences. Please do not just listen to one or two songs. (bandcamp)
