Artist info
Born in Michigan, Chicago based Derek Clegg has come a long way from his early recording days. Without the backing of a label or help of a producer, Derek has been forced to develop his own sound. Acting as Engineer, Producer and Multi-instrumentalist, Derek has created a layered masterpiece of beautifully written songs that bring to mind Wilco, David Gray, Ryan Adams, and Damien Rice. From one song to the next, the New album seems like something from a seasoned Indie Artist whose recordings are anything but home based.
